Airport arrival pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the confirmed flight landing time, giving you time to clear the airport and collect your luggage.
- Standard vehicles: £0.30 per minute
- Larger vehicles: £0.35 per minute
- Charges may apply after the complimentary period.
- Drivers will make reasonable attempts to contact passengers.
Booking after your flight has landed
If your flight has already landed before you make your booking, the standard 60-minute airport waiting period does not apply.
Instead, up to 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time may apply from your confirmed booking time.
Example
Your flight lands at 11:00 am.
You make your booking at 1:00 pm.
Your complimentary waiting period therefore starts from the confirmed booking time rather than the original flight landing time.
Driver details sent in advance
Driver details are normally sent one day before your scheduled pickup.
This helps you identify your assigned driver and gives you useful contact information before your journey begins.
