KIBBU ("KIBBU MOBILITY LIMITED", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our private hire booking services, why we collect it, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.

What data we collect
We collect the following categories of personal data:
Contact details — name, phone number, email address
Journey details — pickup and drop-off addresses, dates, times, passenger and luggage counts, flight numbers
Booking metadata — booking history, promotional codes used, any notes you provide to the driver
Payment metadata — the last four digits of your card and the payment status, as provided by our payment processor. We do not store full card details on our systems.
Account credentials — if you register an account, an email address and password (stored as a secure hash)
Location data — for drivers using our driver app, live location during shifts (customers do not provide continuous location data)
How we use your data
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
To perform your booking contract — dispatching a driver, processing payment, sending confirmations and updates
To comply with legal obligations — TfL private-hire record-keeping, tax records, response to lawful requests from authorities
Legitimate interests — improving service quality, detecting fraud, keeping our platform secure, resolving complaints
With your consent — sending you promotional offers where you have opted in
Who we share your data with
Drivers — we share your name, phone number, pickup and drop-off addresses with the driver assigned to your booking, so they can complete the trip
Payment processors — we use Stripe to process card payments. Stripe is a separate data controller under its own privacy policy.
SMS and email providers — Twilio (SMS) and Amazon Web Services SES (email) process your contact details to deliver notifications
Regulators and authorities — where required by law, we may share booking records with TfL, HMRC, or law-enforcement bodies
We do not sell your personal data to any third party.
How long we keep it
We retain booking and payment records for the period required by law (typically six years for tax and TfL purposes). Account data is retained while your account is active; contact us if you wish to delete your account. Marketing preferences are honoured indefinitely once you opt out.
