Important
* Keep your phone switched on and contact your driver if you experience any delays or cannot find them.
* Your driver’s contact number is provided in your booking confirmation.
* We monitor most commercial flights and adjust pickup times for delays. Please contact us if your delay is significant.
Meet & Greet & Waiting Time
* Your driver will meet you inside the airport arrivals hall. 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time is included from your flight’s actual landing time. After this, waiting charges apply at 30p per minute.
* If your flight arrives early, your driver will remain scheduled for the original booked pickup time.
* If your booked pickup time is more than one hour after your flight has landed, your driver will arrive at the booked time and 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time will apply. After this, waiting charges apply at 30p per minute.
