1. Driver Details Sent

   We'll send your driver's details by SMS and email before your scheduled pickup time.

2. Driver Arrival Notification

   You'll receive an additional SMS when your driver is at the pickup location and ready for your journey.

3. Meet Your Driver

   For airport arrivals, your driver will meet you at the designated meeting point in the airport's arrivals area.

If you book after your flight has already landed, the standard 60-minute airport waiting period does not apply.

Instead, you receive 15 minutes of free waiting time from the time your booking is confirmed.
