Kibbu Mobility Ltd (Trading as Kibbu) – Driver Terms
Effective Date: 01.08.2026
1. Role of Drivers
Drivers operate as independent contractors providing services on behalf of Kibbu Mobility Ltd.
All bookings are accepted and controlled by the operator.
2. Licensing and Compliance
Drivers must:
Hold a valid London Private Hire Driver Licence
Maintain a valid Enhanced DBS check
Ensure eligibility to work in the UK
Notify the operator of any changes affecting their licence status
3. Booking Compliance
Drivers must only carry out bookings:
Assigned through Kibbu Mobility Ltd
With full booking details recorded prior to the journey
Unbooked or off-platform journeys are strictly prohibited.
4. Conduct Standards
Drivers are expected to:
Provide a safe, professional, and courteous service
Follow agreed routes unless instructed otherwise
Maintain high standards of behaviour and appearance
5. Vehicle Requirements
Vehicles must:
Be properly licensed for private hire use
Be insured and roadworthy
Meet safety and cleanliness standards
6. Record Accuracy
Drivers must cooperate with the operator in ensuring:
Accurate recording of bookings
Correct driver and vehicle allocation data
Compliance with reporting requirements
7. Complaints and Reporting
Drivers must:
Cooperate fully in complaint investigations
Provide accurate information when requested
Report incidents or issues promptly
Where a driver is removed due to conduct concerns, Kibbu Mobility Ltd will notify Transport for London in accordance with licensing requirements.
8. Suspension and Termination
Driver access may be suspended or terminated where:
Licensing conditions are not met
Service standards fall below expectations
Regulatory breaches occur
9. Data and Confidentiality
Drivers must not misuse passenger data and must comply with data protection obligations at all times.
