By confirming a booking with Kibbu Mobility Ltd ("Kibbu"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Definitions
For these Terms:
"Kibbu", "we", "us" or "our" means Kibbu Mobility Ltd.
"Customer", "Passenger" or "you" means the person making the booking or travelling using our service.
"Booking" means a confirmed private hire journey accepted by Kibbu Mobility Ltd.
"Driver" means a licensed private hire driver authorised to undertake journeys on behalf of Kibbu Mobility Ltd.
"Vehicle" means a licensed private hire vehicle used to provide the booked service.
2. Our Role as Operator
2.1 Service Provision
Kibbu Mobility Ltd operates as a licensed Private Hire Vehicle (PHV) operator and is responsible for accepting bookings and arranging journeys through licensed drivers and compliant vehicles.
2.2 Contract with Passenger
All bookings are made directly with Kibbu Mobility Ltd.
A contract is formed between the passenger and Kibbu Mobility Ltd once the booking has been accepted and a booking confirmation has been issued.
2.3 Responsibility
Kibbu Mobility Ltd retains responsibility for the provision of booked transport services.
Drivers provide services on behalf of Kibbu Mobility Ltd as authorised representatives of the operator. All contractual obligations relating to the booking remain with Kibbu Mobility Ltd.
2.4 Trading Name
"Kibbu" is a trading name of Kibbu Mobility Ltd and does not represent a separate legal entity.
2.5 Payments
All fares are payable to Kibbu Mobility Ltd.
Drivers may accept payments on behalf of Kibbu Mobility Ltd where authorised by the operator.
2.6 Booking Confirmation
A booking request is not a confirmed booking until accepted by Kibbu Mobility Ltd and a booking confirmation has been issued.
Kibbu Mobility Ltd reserves the right to decline booking requests where operational, safety, licensing, or availability requirements cannot be met.
3. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers agree to:
Provide accurate booking information.
Provide correct pickup location, destination, date, time and contact details.
Provide accurate passenger numbers and luggage requirements.
Use the service lawfully.
Treat drivers, vehicles, and staff with respect.
Avoid abusive, threatening, unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
Pay all applicable fares and additional charges.
Do not carry illegal, dangerous, or hazardous items.
Passengers are responsible for ensuring the selected vehicle type is suitable for their journey requirements.
Kibbu Mobility Ltd is not responsible for delays, additional costs or service issues caused by incorrect information provided by the passenger.
4. Fares and Payment
All fares quoted by Kibbu Mobility Ltd are based on the information supplied at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply where there are changes to:
Passenger numbers.
Luggage requirements.
Vehicle requirements.
Waiting time.
Journey details.
Route requirements.
Card payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.
Kibbu Mobility Ltd does not store complete card payment details.
5. Cancellation Policy
Kibbu Mobility Ltd understands that plans can change. Cancellation charges apply because vehicles and drivers may be reserved specifically for each booking.
Cancellation charges are calculated from the scheduled pickup time shown on the booking confirmation.

A cancellation becomes effective when Kibbu Mobility Ltd receives the cancellation request.
6. No-Show Policy
A booking will be treated as a no-show where:
The passenger does not attend the agreed-upon pickup location.
The passenger cannot be contacted using the details provided.
The passenger is unavailable after the driver has arrived and the applicable waiting period has expired.
In the event of a no-show, 100% of the booking fare will be payable.
7. Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply for:
Additional waiting time.
Excessive cleaning caused by passenger actions.
Vehicle damage caused by passengers.
Changes to booking details after confirmation.
Additional services requested during the journey.
Cleaning or damage charges will reflect the reasonable cost of repair, cleaning, or restoration.
Smoking, vaping, or use of prohibited substances is not permitted in any Kibbu vehicle.
8. Waiting Time
Complimentary Waiting Time: Standard pickup 15 minutes; Airport arrival 60 minutes from the confirmed flight landing time

Additional Waiting Charges
Standard vehicles: £0.40 per minute
Larger vehicles: £0.45 per minute
Pickup Booked More Than One Hour After Landing: If your booked pickup time is more than one hour after your flight has landed, the driver will arrive at your booked pickup time. You will receive 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from that time. After 15 minutes, waiting charges apply at 30p per minute.
9. Airport Transfers
Passengers should provide accurate flight details where requested.
Where flight information is provided, Kibbu Mobility Ltd may use this information to assist with journey planning.
Passengers remain responsible for ensuring flight information is correct.
Additional waiting charges may apply after the included waiting period.
If a passenger leaves the pickup location without contacting Kibbu Mobility Ltd or the driver, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
9.1 Time-Critical Journeys (Including Airport Transfers)
Passengers are solely responsible for ensuring that sufficient time is allowed to reach their destination, including airports, railway stations, ferry terminals, appointments, events and any other time-sensitive commitments. Passengers should allow adequate additional time for traffic congestion, road closures, accidents, adverse weather, airport security, check-in requirements and other reasonably foreseeable delays.
Kibbu Mobility Ltd will use reasonable endeavours to provide a punctual and reliable service. However, all pickup and journey times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, Kibbu Mobility Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense or consequential loss arising from any delay to the pickup or journey, including but not limited to missed flights, missed connections, missed appointments, accommodation costs, replacement travel costs, business losses, loss of earnings or any indirect or consequential losses.
Where delays arise from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, traffic congestion, road accidents, roadworks, diversions, severe weather, vehicle breakdowns, police activity, public events, or other unforeseen operational circumstances, no compensation shall be payable.
10. Vehicles
All vehicles used by Kibbu Mobility Ltd are licensed, insured and maintained in accordance with UK private hire regulations.

Vehicle capacity is a guide only and may vary depending on luggage size, passenger requirements and vehicle availability.
11. Vehicle Availability and Substitution
Where the booked vehicle type becomes unavailable due to operational circumstances, Kibbu Mobility Ltd may provide a suitable alternative vehicle of equal or higher standard where reasonably possible.
All replacement vehicles and drivers will meet applicable licensing, insurance and regulatory requirements.
12. Special Requirements
Passengers requiring child seats, accessibility arrangements, or other special assistance should notify Kibbu Mobility Ltd at the time of booking.
While reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate requests, availability cannot always be guaranteed unless confirmed by Kibbu Mobility Ltd.
13. Lost Property
Kibbu Mobility Ltd maintains a structured process for handling lost property.
Items found in vehicles used for Kibbu bookings will be recorded and managed appropriately.
Records include:
Date the item was found.
Vehicle details, where applicable.
Description of item.
Attempts were made to return the item.
Outcome or disposal details, where applicable.
Lost property records are retained for a minimum of 12 months.
While reasonable efforts are made to return lost items, Kibbu Mobility Ltd does not accept liability for property left in vehicles.
14. Promotions
Promotional offers may be issued at the discretion of Kibbu Mobility Ltd.
Promotional codes are non-transferable.
Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
Kibbu Mobility Ltd reserves the right to withdraw or amend promotions.
15. Right to Refuse Service
Kibbu Mobility Ltd reserves the right to refuse or terminate a journey where:
Passenger safety is at risk.
Legal requirements cannot be met.
A passenger behaves abusively or dangerously.
The passenger breaches these Terms.
No refund will be provided where a journey is terminated due to passenger misconduct.
16. Service Reliability and Liability
Kibbu Mobility Ltd will use reasonable efforts to provide a safe, reliable and punctual service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:
Traffic conditions.
Road closures.
Weather conditions.
Accidents.
Vehicle restrictions.
Other unforeseen events.
Passengers must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by drivers.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to consumers under applicable UK law.
16.1 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kibbu Mobility Ltd's total liability arising out of or in connection with any booking shall not exceed the total fare paid by the passenger for that booking.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:
death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
any liability which cannot legally be excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.
16.2 Consequential Loss
Except where prohibited by law, Kibbu Mobility Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of business, loss of profits, loss of income, loss of opportunity, loss of earnings, accommodation expenses, replacement transport costs, or any other financial losses arising from a booking or journey.
16.3 Passenger Duty to Mitigate Loss
Passengers are responsible for taking reasonable steps to minimise any loss or inconvenience arising from a delay or disruption to their journey, including making alternative travel arrangements where appropriate.
16.4 Force Majeure
Kibbu Mobility Ltd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, flooding, fire, terrorism, industrial action, public demonstrations, road traffic accidents, road closures, governmental restrictions, public health emergencies, power failures, telecommunications failures or other unforeseen events.
16.5 Driver Delays
Although Kibbu Mobility Ltd will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that drivers arrive at the agreed pickup location on time, occasional delays may occur due to operational or external factors. Such delays shall not constitute a breach of contract and shall not entitle the passenger to compensation except where required by applicable law.
16.6 Refunds
Refunds will only be provided where required by law or where Kibbu Mobility Ltd determines, at its sole discretion, that a refund is appropriate in the circumstances.
17. Complaints Procedure
Kibbu Mobility Ltd is committed to providing a high standard of service.
Customers wishing to make a complaint should provide:
Booking reference.
Date and time of journey.
Details of the concern.
Supporting information is available.
All complaints will be recorded, investigated, and responded to within a reasonable timeframe.
18. Data Protection
Kibbu Mobility Ltd processes customer information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
Information may be used for:
Managing bookings.
Providing transport services.
Customer support.
Communication regarding journeys.
Legal and regulatory compliance.
Customer information is handled securely and retained only for as long as necessary.
19. Website and Booking Platform Availability
Kibbu Mobility Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its website, mobile application or booking systems.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
20. Governing Law
The laws of England and Wales govern these Terms.
Any disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
